WOMEN'S MINISTRY

HEATHER CAPPETTA, WOMEN'S MINISTRY LEADER

We focus on three “Connecting Points” for Women

  • Outreach and Fun connections

  • Light Spiritual feeding connections

  • Mentoring/Discipleship and Growing in Christ connections

On Mondays during the school year, women deepen their faith walk through bible commentary study at a small group.  Annually the women of Crossroads attend a Women's Retreat at Camp Berea in Hebron, NH in September, we hold an outreach breakfast at Christmas, offer a small group in the fall or spring and hold other events throughout the year. WOMEN'S MINISTRY

CORE VALUES

To lead all women of Crossroads Community Church to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating a challenging atmosphere where women of all seasons of life can feel nurtured and accepted, no matter what their spiritual, physical, and emotional needs!

FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN WOMEN

ENCOURAGE A DEEPER FAITH WALK

SERVING CROSSROADS AND THE COMMUNITY

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE TO BE A SPIRIT-FILLED WOMAN TODAY?

“Lord, You know me. You know my natural personality is given to fear. You know all my insecurities. You know that I have a need to be loved and to feel significant and to feel affirmed. And Father, I’m not going to ask my family to do that for me today. They may or may not, and if they do, that’s wonderful. But Father, You are my sole satisfaction, and I ask You to satisfy me this morning with Your unfailing love.”

WOMEN'S MONDAY MORNING GROUP - NEW BOOK!

ZOOM MEETING STARTING UP ON MONDAY SEPTEMBER 14!

The end of the world. How do you react to that thought? Does it make you afraid? Excited? Nervous? Full of anticipation? Full of peace? The apostle John was privileged to preview the end of the world. While in exile, he experienced an amazing vision that gave him a glimpse of heaven. He saw the final battle of good and evil. He saw God's justice. He witnessed the assured victory for believers in Christ as all hell broke loose and all heaven came forth. He saw Jesus, born in a manger, now triumphant over Satan. John's description stretches our imagination, fuels our anticipation, and comforts us as we await the final curtain call.

The Life Lessons with Max Lucado series brings the Bible to life in twelve lessons filled with intriguing questions, inspirational stories, and poignant reflections to take you deeper into God's Word. Each lesson includes an opening reflection, background information, an excerpt of the text (from the New International and New King James versions), exploration questions, inspirational thoughts from Max, and a closing takeaway for further reflection.  For more information or to be invited into the Zoom Group, contact Lisa Booth
