Vinnie serves as Counselor in Residence, having ministered as Associate Pastor for fourteen years at Crossroads staring in 2006. Vinnie is a licensed counselor and manages his own practice in Metrowest where he focuses on grief, trauma and pre-marital counseling. A native of Connecticut, Vinnie has worked in the Framingham area since 1999.  Graduates of Trinity Baptist College, he and his wife Heather have three daughters.

Debra and her husband, Pastor Joe, came to Crossroads in 2017.  They have been married for 19 years and have three children, which Debra homeschools. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. As the Children's Ministry Director, Debra desires for the Children of CCC to have a deep understanding of who God is and His profound love for them. 

Patricia joined the Church in 2009  and joined the staff in 2010 after managing her own business. Besides her full time position as administrator at the Church, Patricia enjoys being involved in the full range of Church life and ministry support and serves on the Missions and Prayer Teams. Patricia graduated from Bard College with a degree in Art.
