Got Faith?

“Got Milk?” It was a catchy ad campaign that reminded us milk helps our bodies grow. Simple truth: we need it to stay strong.

Hebrews 11 opens with a similar kind of question — not about milk, but about faith. Do you have it? Are you living by it? Just like your body needs nourishment, your soul needs trust in God to grow.

The writer of Hebrews doesn’t start with rules or doctrine. He starts with stories. Real people who took real steps of faith, often in confusing or painful circumstances. And it wasn’t because they were extraordinary. It’s because they trusted an extraordinary God.

Faith is confidence in who God is, even when we can’t see how things will turn out. It’s hope with weight to it. It’s the quiet belief that God is still writing a story worth living in now and worth waiting for in the future.

So let’s make it personal: Got faith? Not perfect faith — just real, daily, honest trust.

Scripture Reading:
Hebrews 11:1–2 (NIV)

1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
2 This is what the ancients were commended for.

Reflect:

  • What situation in your life right now requires faith you can’t fully see?
  • Are you trying to please God without trusting Him?

Pray:
Lord, help me grow in real, grounded faith. Not just belief, but trust. Help me walk with You when I don’t have all the answers.
