"One Verse That Makes Jesus Beautiful and Necessary"
In 1 Corinthians 13:7, Paul writes, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things." What does this mean? My favorite one sentence summary of this verse comes from Frank Thielman: "Love believes the best of others and hopes the best for them." Given that this disposition does not always come naturally to me, I was thrilled that Scotty Smith's prayer from yesterday focused on this verse.
